Making a Your Signature Blend is one of my favorite things to do.
Here’s how it comes together:
I clear my calendar, my mind, and my energy field.
Then I sit down in front of all of the flower essences and tell them about you.
Immediately certain flower essences ask to be included, and I add 1-5 drops, depending on what the flower essence recommends for you.
Once that’s complete, I add Red Shiso as a preservative. Red Shiso is an edible plant in the mint family that’s an amazing preservative and gives the blend its rosy color.
Finally, I seal the bottle with Reiki healing energy to protect it as it leaves my hands and arrives in yours.
