10% solutions help you regulate your nervous system — which is the key to feeling better.
Some of my own 10% solutions are:
Hiking in the woods or walking alongside the ocean
Baking ( these cookies are so good )
Smelling lavender or peppermint
Taking a warm epsom salt bath
Reading a good book
Snuggling with my 2 cats, Sam and Francis aka Mr. Wonderful
