There’s more fatigue, unease, and anxiety — when what you're longing for is the complete opposite.
 

Here's something that can help: 10% solutions. 

Research shows that things that you do to make yourself feel better usually works 10% of the time and helps you feel 10% better, according to one of my teachers, Janina Fisher, PhD.


10% solutions help you regulate your nervous system — which is the key to feeling better. 

 

Some of my own 10% solutions are: 

  • Hiking in the woods or walking alongside the ocean

  • Baking ( these cookies are so good )

  • Smelling lavender or peppermint

  • Taking a warm epsom salt bath

  • Reading a good book

  • Snuggling with my 2 cats, Sam and Francis aka Mr. Wonderful

  • Reaching out to my support system.
