So what are flower essences?
In simplest terms, a flower essence is a flower's wisdom in the form of its electrical vibration. This electrical vibration is a roadmap that gives your own electrical system information to solve emotional, mental, and spiritual concerns.

Here’s how I make it:
I sit down in front of the individual flower essence bottles and tell them about you. The flower essences that can and want to support you immediately step forward.
When that’s complete, I add Red Shiso to preserve it (which also gives it a rosy color), seal it, and ask my guides to protect on its way from my hands to yours.
