Experiencing something traumatic is hard.
It’s harder still when you develop Post Traumatic Stress Disorder PTSD) afterward.
It makes the trauma feel like it’s not over. You may look fine on the outside, but there can be thoughts, feelings, and body sensations inside that are not fine.
You can feel alone and isolated.
You can find it difficult to connect to the people around you. They may not understand how you feel and what you struggle with. People who get it can be hard to come by.
You don’t have to struggle alone.
Gather with women who’ve also experienced trauma and PTSD.
The Wise Women’s Circle is a small, welcoming, safe group of women.
Each week, we arrive in the present, focus on a specific part of healing from PTSD, get support, and relax the body.
Each week’s focus follows the chakras/energy centers of your body.
Week 1: Grounding
Week 2: Creating
Week 3: Personal Power
Week 4: Your Heart
Week 5: Speaking Up
Week 6: Inner Knowing
Week 7: Moving forward
$150 for the 7-week session
When: 7-8 pm Mondays, beginning January 21st and ending March 4th
Where: Downtown Red Bank, New Jersey (free parking).

This is group is a small one of up to 5 women.
I don’t accept insurance as a form of payment. I can, however, give you a receipt for you to pursue reimbursement from your health insurance carrier.
