This first video describes how to do EFT also known as tapping. It's really helpful to interrupt thoughts you want to stop thinking, and increasing love and acceptance for yourself.
The next one is vintage video of me explaining Square Breathing with my magic wand. Try square breathing when you feel as if you can't take a deep breath and notice tension in your body.
The last one is about making and using a safety kit. I find this to be super helpful if you're going somewhere you may feel uncomfortable or with people who may be uncomfortable around.
