The Gate Passage of Summer is almost here.
Gate Passages are times of transition, when you go from one phase of your life to the next.
Some Gate Passages are so unexpected and sweeping that they knock the wind right out of you.
Others come regularly, like the seasons of the year.
Summer is the season of light.
It's a natural time to be out in the world.
This can also be challenging when you're going through a Gate Passage. One of the things that can help most is a community of people around you. I've seen this over and over in the past nearly 20 years as a psychotherapist.
Gate Passage: Summer is a gathering for support.
How it works:
You'll gather each Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 pm EST via Zoom, face-to-face on the screen with each other from wherever you live.
During each call, you'll:
- Arrive in the present and anchor into your body.
- Share where you are in a small, welcoming community.
- Get support and give it.
You'll gather outside of the weekly call through prompts, love notes, and discussion on a private Facebook group.
: : 4 weeks of gathering from June 19th to July 17th (no session on July 3rd).
: : 4 community calls each Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 pm (EST). The dates are June 19th, 26th, July 10th and 17th.
